Event Registration

Registration Payment: We’re asking for a contribution to cover costs associated with producing the event – materials, facilities, food and beverage service, etc.  If you live in the area and plan attend for only part of a day, please still complete the registration using the code “guest”.  Please also send an email to Jason McVay (jason.mcvay@compression.org) to let us know when you plan to attend and contribute what you can when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy. Full refunds will be issued, minus a $150 processing fee, if cancellation is received on or before 60 days prior to the event start date. If cancellation is received within 30 to 60 days of the event date a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event start date. Substitutions are allowed without penalty.

Terms & Conditions. Payment should be made within 30 days of registration or the registrant will be at risk of losing his or her place on the event roster.
