Wayne Lindholm operates a leadership development practice based in Edina, MN, and serves as president of the Scanlon Leadership Network in Michigan – a network of high performance organizations leading change within their industry. Starting with Sr. Leadership, Wayne uses his passion for the human side of organizations to create alignment, build a culture of participation and engagement, and deliver game-changing results. Prior to his current work, Wayne served 30 years leading change management programs within General Motors, Morton Salt, Warner-Lambert, and 3M Corporation.
Wayne also has a passion for the developmental disability community and since 1998 has served as president of the Down Syndrome Foundation, a 501(c)(3) community-based foundation whose mission is to support independence for persons with Down Syndrome. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a MN is manufacturing systems from the University of St. Thomas.
