Andrew Warrington

Andrew Warrington is employed by Peerless Pump Company based in Indianapolis, IN, where he is the President. Peerless is one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of mass water movement machinery. Products include vertical turbine pumps for water supply and power station applications. In addition, Peerless is a leader in fire protection pumping systems for high rise and ultra-high rise buildings with landmark properties protected by Peerless Fire Pumps. Peerless has been a division of the world’s largest pump manufacturer, the Danish Grundfos Group since 2007.

Andrew was, prior to his current position, responsible for Peerless’s overseas business as well as integration and expansion work with Grundfos. In addition, Warrington has had responsibility for Peerless’s Engineering and R&D activities since 2002. Previously he served as Vice President of Sales for Peerless with responsibility for all of Peerless’s selling activities. Andrew has also held top level positions in Peerless in Marketing, Service and Operations.

Prior to moving to Indianapolis in 1998, Andrew held a number of manufacturing, engineering and marketing leadership positions with SIHI Pumps in the United Kingdom. Dr. Warrington holds a PhD and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University; he is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and has an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University.

In addition to work, Andrew serves as the Chair of Indianapolis’s EmployIndy which is the workforce development board of Marion County. He has been Chairman of Scout Troop 120 where he has participated in many high (and low) adventures. He enjoys sailing, boating, hiking, reading history and is a pilot.
